Please help!! Succulent mushy leaves, rot? Fungal infecti...
I got a new succulent a while back and I realized it was overwatered so I put it outside so the soil could dry quicker and then I repotted it once the soil was mostly dry bc the soil didn’t have anything to help with drainage, just today misted it with a spray bc it had little pests running around which they’re gone now but I also noticed most of the leaves were falling off so I took it out the pot to check for root rot but I didn’t see anything except on the leaves, most of them are translucent and mushy and one of them turned fully black I realize now misting was probably not the move but and the only affected areas seem to only be on the leaves there’s also like 2-4 brown spots on some of the leaves is this just rot from misting or a fungal infection (praying it’s not) I’m still fairly new to taking care of plants so please help I don’t want to kill it 💔😩

The plant is still overwatered—usually, once the overwatering starts, it continues in the affected leaves. Mushy, yellow, translucent leaves that fall off easily are the biggest signs of overwatering, especially since you do know the soil didn’t have good drainage. The brown spots are pretty tiny, those just look like they could be physical damage or edema spots from the overwatering.
The only thing you can really do for overwatered succulents is to put them into dry soil that has great drainage and is airy. Don’t mist it! Only give it water when the soil is fully bone dry and the leaves have slight wrinkle.
