Hello, there. Based on the photo, I'd say you can save it...
I'd advise first to remove the foil wrap, as it doesn't give you clarity when you are under or overwatering.
Second, since the post doesn't clearly state... transition to distilled water unless you're using it already. Lastly depending on what you'll see when you remove the foil, you might want to repot if the soil is too wet to add a dryer soil.
