White Spots on Leaves

My money tree has white spots on the leaves. Is it due to too much sun? Or is it a fungus? Help! #MoneyTree
Looks like pests to me. Many unwanted visitors suck the sap out of the leaves, leaving white spots. Quarantine the plant if he's near others, and look for webbing on stems/between leaves (spider mites are difficult to see with the naked eye, but leave these tell tale clues behind). Look for any small insects. I highly recommend the #Arber products. @TheOddAsity has shared a home remedy that she swears by, she's posted it many times so she probably won't mind if I share it again:
1 tsp Neem oil
1.5 tsp castile soap
3-5 drops peppermint oil
1 L water

Put into 24 oz spray bottle and spray the heck out of your plant and soil.

Good luck!
@CrispRedfir I don’t mind! My husband brought me home a new plant, it’s quarantined and I saw a stupid little gnat flying around. I sprayed it down and EVERY OTHER ONE OF MY PLANTS. Cant let them live rent free, no way!
Looks like the damage that leafhoppers cause. I have similar on my ficus tineke that lives outside. I see leafhopper nymphs (small, white, *jump when touched* and have fuzzy butts) on it all the time
Mineral deposits, like smooth white dots, naturally occur on rubber plants, Chinese money plants, and Jade plants, posing no cause for concern. But here’s a link on how to deal with them: https://getplanta.com/article/symptom/whitesmallspots#
