Dark, Blotchy, Black/Brown Spots have Appeared on my Goep...

So, I've had this Goeppertia ornata 'Beauty Star' and Goeppertia roseopicta 'Medallion' for several months now, and they were doing alright, but then a couple of my plants got spidermites, and they were among them.
(The spidermites aren't the issue, but I figured I'd mention them just in case)

I went through some steps to address them, like separating the infected plants from unaffected ones and spraying them down with a neem oil based pesticide, but I've never dealt with spidermites before, and I was slow to do any follow up.
After about a month they started showing signs of resurgence, so I sprayed and wiped them down with a diluted vinegar solution I'd been using to generally clean my plant's leaves.
Then since it was july, it's usually uncomfortably warm where I live through till about early september, and I'd been having a hard time finding an indoor spot that I felt comfortable quarantining them in, I decided to see how well they would do if I kept them in an outdoor environment.
Admittedly, I put some of them in a spot where they might have gotten a bit too much sun, but I hoped that the evening to afternoon shade they got would help offset that.
Then it suddenly got uncharacteristically cool and rainy for July, and they all got poured on.
Then I noticed some dark blotchy, black/brown spots had appeared on the leaves of my Goeppertias.

In summary, they:
Had spidermites,
Were sprayed with a neem oil based pesticide,
Had a researgence about a month later,
Were sprayed and wiped down with a diluted vinegar solution,
Were outside for a couple days
Might have gotten too much direct sunlight,
Might have been subjected to unexpectedly low temperatures,
Were rained on,
And now have dark, splotchy, black/brown spots all over their leaves.

A Reddit post I found with a similar issue had this link suggested in the replies: https://mrec.ifas.ufl.edu/Foliage/Resrpts/rh_93_11.htm
Does anyone know more about this, have suggestions for something else it could be, and/or have treatment advice?

A chemical burn. Which thankfully is just cosmetic. I use isopropyl alcohol, water and dish soap to clean the leaves of my plants. It evaporates quickly. But no matter what you use, use it either early morning or after the hottest part of the day to avoid leaf burn.
The vinegar likely burned the leaves after you put it outside.
Like, a chemical burn, or light got reflected through liquid burn?
If it's the former, then it would be a relief that I didn't give it a death sentence by putting it outside, but it would be unfortunate that I can't use that stuff for leaf cleaning anymore.
Ok. Thank you so much! That's a huge relief to hear! I hope you have a wonderful day!
