Dark Leaves on my Pothos (Vivi)

Question

I’m extremely new to gardening/plant care. My pothos was going strong so I put it in a new pot and was told to shake all the dirt out of its roots. (It lost a lot of it’s roots)

I did this and now see that was so wrong. Vivi has lost all but one leaf and now this leaf is turning a dark color.

Oh no! Poor girl! I would propagate her to grow new roots! Have any experience? I prefer to water propagate, but others may suggest otherwise.

Yep.  I would propagate her in water to grow some roots.  Pothos are comeback queens.  Just make sure to change the water weekly so it doesn’t get stagnant.
Also try something like prop drops to encourage the roots to sprout.  But otherwise be patient and she will come back to you 💚
