What type of grow light is best for a small cactus?

I live in a place that randomly rains and I keep my domino outside. I usually take it under an overhang during rain to avoid overwatering, but as we enter a rainy season, I'm looking to get a grow light so I can keep giving my cactus sun.  Also, I'm wondering how to prevent shock if I end up moving it into a colder environment

I would recommend Sansi growlights, i use them all around my house. They are good and affordable compared to others.

And for changing the temperature, i would recommend changing the temperature slowly if you can. That way it can adjust over a period of time.
