Not turning green even with decreased bright light

@RevealingPalqui how long ago did you decrease the light?
In a terracotta pot, you have to water it pretty frequently so the soil doesn't stay dried out too long. That's how I revived one of mine that was underwatered and sunburnt: less direct sun, more frequent waterings. It can take a while for it to adjust, so if it's only been a short while since you decreased the light, try to be patient and give it more time. I think it took mine several months before it finally started producing new leaves. Also, if the top leaves on each stem are damaged or too dried out, it's best to cut them off. This will help stimulate new growth, which will come in green.
