What plant is this..??????

I just bought three mini cactuses few days ago on a whim quickly, but after searching through 6different plant search apps, it showed different results such as moon cactus, texas barrel cactus, easter lily cactus, and much more. I need help please.

It looks like an Easter Lily Cactus to me. We have a few in our garden. It’s definitely not a moon or Texas barrel cactus though. Look online for images of β€œEchinopsis subdenuata” and you’ll see it looks very much like your little one.
A good thing to keep in mind is that all plants tend to have a scientific name and can have many "common" names. A good thing to do is check to see if the common names that different apps are giving are actually the same plant. Then I would wait to see if the cactus is a flowering cactus. Flowering cactus are much easier to figure out by looking at the flower. An app would also have a better chance at identifying correctly when it has a flower.
