Browning crispy edges (additional info in comments)

My lil love muffin was doing so good till a couple weeks ago I noticed that the edges of my dottie was beginning to brown and get crispy edges. She's lost about 5 leaves and sits 1ft away from a shaded window underneath a grow that stands 3ft above. I water 1.5 cups of water every 1 to 2 weeks. She also sits near an humidifier. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong or what I can do to make her happy again?
Is this a Calthea Red MOJO? I have one too and it is doing the same thong. On top of this development it is also producing new leaves. Very strange. Hope someone has answers for us #jodisplace @TryDwarftulip
It is very interesting jow much they look alike. I think the difference in comparison is in the thickness of the stripping. I want a dottie now. Will have to wait til warmer weather. Thanks for sharing. Hope we get an answer about our crispy leaves @TryDwarftulip
