My Golden Barrel Cactus might be stunted??

I’ve had him since February of 2026, and he hasn’t grown an inch! I moved him to a bigger pot, but he keeps falling over! What’s wrong with him?

So tiny, go to smaller pot and water the catsus soil well. Then plant Rely it sit on east window side for a month

@june_da_bee don’t water it for the month it sits unless your toothpick comes out dry
