Have you looked under the leaves for pests or checked to see if your plant is rootbound?
She's definitely got a pest you can see the white eggs or larvae on the undersides of leaves. I just can't zoom in enough to get a clear look at them. It could be whitefly eggs air aphids but if you're not seeing anything fly. Then it's more likely to be thrips.

I'm not seeing any tiny webs that spider mites make. Or the cottony patches of mealy bugs.

Take a close look at her. If you want you can send me close up photos of leaves. Then I can give you a treatment plan to target the specific type of pest. 🩷
@SuperbRaspfern This is so helpful! I don't think I see any pests, but I am new to this and would greatly appreciate an expert eye!
No worries, I see spider mites. You can't really tell with the naked eye. When I zoom in I can just make out one of the itty bitty webs. πŸ•ΈοΈ

When you examine her you will find more but you really have to search! πŸ”ŽπŸ”¦πŸ•΅οΈ

I circled one of the webs and that's pretty typical of the damage caused they suck out I'll the sap and nutrients and then you get those deformed leaves.

If you have any other plants close by you will want to treat those too because they get around pretty easy.

Get some pure neem oil then mix.

1 tablespoon pure neem + 4 cups water.

Spray entire plant tops and bottom of leaves stems, everything. The treatment should be dripping off.

Repeat every 3 days for 3 weeks (don't skip any treatment or you will have to do it again)
I shrank the circle for you the first circle seemed too big. It's right there in the middle.
