I've found the happy Happy Houseplant fertilizer has made ALL my plants happy! I've been using it for years and I'm positive it's the reason I've been successful with my indoor plants.

Something catered to airoids. A 6-2-4/3-1-2 ratio. High nitrogen for foliage growth versus flowering.

‘@DRGT  I to use Super Thrive it’s not so much a fertilizer as vitamin and nutrients. A little goes a long way . I also add We The Wild grow concentrate to every watering .

I use We The Wild plant growth it contains earthworm castings.  You can use it every time you water.
