How often do you water. Your pot is good, as long as it has drainage. These thrive in both direct sunlight and shade. I water mine 2x per week. Check soil if it’s dry then water it. I have 3 pecan trees in my front yard and 1 in my backyard. I’m happy to help if you have any more questions.
