Why is my tree dying? It’s been recently reported into a ...

It could be transplant shock. I did some research and in a Key Lime tree, transplant shock will lead to yellowing and/or wilting leaves, stunted growth, dieback, premature leaf drop. Since you just repotted it, I would also be careful with too much sun as well. Slowly acclimate it back to the sunlight as it figures out how to re-root. Start with bright shade, then dappled light (ie sunlight filtered through leaves of trees), then sun. Repotting is a big stressor for plants and trees alike. Here’s a link I found that might be helpful regarding transplanting Key Lime trees. 😊
Whoops, I guess it would help if I pasted the link πŸ˜‚ https://homeguides.sfgate.com/key-lime-tree-shocked-after-transplant-56275.html
