So this is a mammillaria variety of cactus. They normally bloom once or twice a year. So just keep them happy and around this time next year it should bloom again!
Flowers don't bloom the whole year, they only grow depending on the season. Just take care of the plant for the meantime ð you should also name him/her/it ð
