How do I save it?

Hi! I recently started a new job and there are lots of plants in the office I now inherited. This one is very very sad and I don’t know what to do to make it happy again. Any advice is welcome!!
1ft to light, indirect
8” pot without drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
I read that the browning and crinkling of the leaves means it needs fertilizer.
@Plant_graveyard First thing you’ll want to do is replant it into a pot with drainage plus a good root check . They don’t like wet feet . If you can find a plastic one then you can put it back in that nice decor pot it’s in . You also may want to fertilize it a little because it’s a guessing game for you . Also your card reads 8 fr from light . They like to sunbathe 4to 6 hours of indirect sunlight . It doesn’t look all that bad 🪴 The brown on the ends of leaves is a good sign it’s not been getting enough water or light .
@ILoveMyPlants thank you!! It’s on the opposite side of the room from the windows but it is a whole bay of 8 windows facing East so the room is very bright! I will add some fertilizer and look into getting a plastic sleeve to put inside the pot for drainage!
