I'm a bit silly. How's best to grow these tree seeds?

Would I be able to stick 'em in a ziplock with some moisture to get them to grow?

Yes I just found them on the ground today. They're all broken up cuz they were in my pocket #trees #mapletree #maple #seeds
To grow maple trees from seed, you'll need toΒ collect the seeds, perform cold stratification, and then plant them in a suitable environment.Β For most maple species, this involves storing the seeds in a moist medium in a cool environment (like a refrigerator) for a period of time, followed by planting in a warm, well-draining soil.Β but do a seed viability test first, if it floats it's most likely dead if it sinks it's most likely viable
@SeraNyx Yeah they floated very well u-u I won't be trying these ones. I'll try with the seeds from the maple in my yard in the fall. It doesn't help these two seeds that I got them in spring when they were probably unviable for a while already. Thank you though ^^
I do hope you find some viable Maple seeds ^^
