I see the pot does not have drainage, I highly recommend getting it in one with drainage, terracotta is preferable. Also do not water this guy until he is wrinkled otherwise he will be overwatered (I water my cactus about 1 time a month) also give it a lot of light. I see you have full sun on Elle so that looks good. It's beautiful, best of luck.
I agree with Frasd. The lack of drainage is a major problem. No drainage means your cactus will be sitting in water. This will cause root rot and the death of your beautiful Turkβs Cap Cactus.
β’But, a wrinkles cactus is a sign itβs suffering from dehydration. This can stunted growth and its development.
β’Never pour water over the top of your cactus, because it could cause the tips to rot.
β’Donβt water it until the soil is completely dry.
β’Normally, you water a cactus more frequently in the warmer months and less frequently in the cooler months, when they become dormant. The Greg app will help you determine when to water your cactus.
I hope your beautiful cactus will live long and prosper.

@Ada3 I think stunted growth is better than killing the plant. Beginners are serial Overwaters and don't understand the fully dry concept. The plant is way better off this way
