The most common reason for orchid leaves to bend down or droop is overwatering. Is the overview accurate that you last watered it three months ago? Just wondering (haha!) because then this definitely wouldn’t be the cause! I’m gonna guess underwatering or lack of light. Orchids need 6 hours of direct sunlight a day for healthy growth and life. First, most orchids don’t need direct sunlight — especially NOID phals like what you have in your plant card. My NOID phal is the only orchid I can’t put anywhere near a grow light or it freaks out and leaves go limp and even drop. Those mass-market orchids are bred to survive in dank places like windowless offices with fluorescent lighting.
You will need to add a photo for anyone to really help you here. If lower leaves are wrinkling that is going to be either because it can’t absorb enough water or because of some sort of permanent damage to the leaf (heat/cold/sunburn). Reasons it would be struggling to absorb water are overwatering (roots are rotting and damaged enough to not be able to absorb water) or underwatering (your plant card says you haven’t watered in 3 months).
Again, you are going to need to provide photos and more context for anyone to understand what is going on with your plant.
