If it’s only 2 stems left you probably need to repot into a smaller pot. It looks like it was pretty good sized 3 months ago so a 10” pot was appropriate. Now it’s down to 2 stems that’s probably too much soil with too much moisture for the smaller root system. Rule of thumb on pot size is 1-2” bigger than the root ball.
