For a cactus you can buy fertilizer at most places that sell cacti, then follow the instructions on the back and repeat when the Greg app says to! And to move it to a larger pot you might need gloves if it’s pokey, but after that just remove it from the pot, dust off as much soil as you can without damaging the roots, and then get a new pot, fill it up 1/3 of the way with new soil + place cactus in, then fill up the rest of the way with fresh soil! Wait a few days before watering and you’re good to go!
