Hi guys, I’m new to the plant life so need help with what soil to use

I have a donkey tail burrito plant, and I need to re-pot it and so wanted to know what soil is best to use for it?

The best mix for donkeys tail is a succulent or is a cactus mix.  They prefer a gritty soil so I also added perlite and vermiculite
