Why does my lemon lime plant have brown leaves at the bot...

This isn’t uncommon for Dracarnas. You can remove the lower leaves that are totally dead. The better their light the less they stretch out. That said, I kind of love when they get leggy and funky, like Dr Seuss trees πŸ™‚πŸŒ±πŸ’š
Yeah I don’t have a lemon lime one but I do have a dracaena, it’s not entirely weird, I would just be sure that you’re keeping on a steady schedule of water, and that the indirect light is still pretty bright
(I don’t have this plant, but I have 2 dracaena marginata / dragon trees) The lowest leaves will dry up and drop as it matures, but that you have multiple of them at the same time AND the way that they’re dying looks like it is not gradual/uniform… that gives me some concern that it’s being overwatered… so make sure you’re giving it a chance to dry out between waterings (the top of the soil can feel dry when the bottom is still very wet and that pot looks relatively large so the excess soil can probably hold a lot more water than the plant can absorb in a reasonable timeline, you can get a moisture meter for under $10 to help you check this and gauge whether you’re giving it too much water or watering too often β€” just keep it clean and dry between uses).

Another possibility is it hates what you’re using to water it. Dracaena are often very sensitive to a lot of things in tap water, so you will usually see people recommend using distilled or filtered water (I use Clearly Filtered, which gets out fluoride and a bunch of heavy metals, and my dragon trees are happy). So the leaf death you’re seeing could also be excess fertilizer/salts/etc in the soil or water that you’re giving it (β€œfertilizer burn”).
