One of the stems on my jelly bean plant has been deterior...

I got this beauty like 2/3 months ago when she was just those at the bottom and she’s just been progressively growing more and more.
The stem that’s circled was the first one to sprout to its fullest so I’m not supprised to see it go first.

Does any one know what I should do with it, for example like how I would propagate it or just the most optimal way to cut it off to keep her happy and prevent growth? #Succulents #JellyBeanPlant

I did not mean prevent growth, that was supposed to be promote
That part looks like a flower stem. It is normal for the flowers to die after a while. But this plant needs lots of sunlight. How far is it from a window? They should be in a windowsill, preferably facing south or west
