@SpotonLime85 The information on this pant reads no drainage if so it needs a good draining succulent soil . There’s also a band that could be right under soil that can choke it out if so cut it off . If you could post a current picture it would be helpful.
You would need to change the soil. Mix soil with coarse sand, perlite, bark, coco peat. Make sure it’s high drainage soil. Use terracotta pots with drainage hole. Water only when the soil is dry all the way through. Maybe around 15 days.
