Absolutely! If that was my plant I’d inspect the roots and remove any that are rotten then pop it in some water.
If I was being extra I’d run it under some warm water and add a hydrogen peroxide to the prop water. I might even dip it in rooting hormone but you’ve got a couple good looking roots so I probably wouldn’t bother.

I’m not sure if it’s just the hashtag😂 but this wouldn’t be a neon pothos it looks like a monstreta and both those plants would require different watering schedules. Maybe that would cause that root rot. ☺️
