White leaf on monstera albo variegata. Care tips?

I’ve been told that the leaves are delicate and don’t last long as they lack clorophile. Any care tips? Will the next leaf contain green again or should I cut back? Thank you! #MonsteraAlbo #variegatedplants
1ft to light, indirect
5” pot with drainage

I would wait and see what the next one looks like before you cut it back if it comes out with green your good but if it comes out all white then I would cut it back
I also give all my plants that have white on them silica it helps keep the white white longer and not brown very fast
Welcome to Gregs Alberto! That’s one gorgeous leaf 😍.
Unfortunately you’re right. Since it’s a genetic mutation the variegation is not stable. It’s normal for ONE leaf to revert back to a green color, then the next leaf will be perfectly variegated. Experts recommend cutting it down to the last node that has a variegated leaf, ONLY IF, there is no variegation for MORE THAN TWO consecutive leaves. No variegated leaves back to back to back. Because it has less chlorophyll, it’s a slower grower than the regular Monstera Deliciosa, so be patient. I hope your rare Albo Monstera will live long and prosper.

I agree with @Michelle5986!
You got great advice I’d wait to see what the next leaf does
