According to Google and Greg's ID tool, it's a big-leaf lupine (Lupinus polyphyllus)

The image shows cassava leaves (Manihot esculenta), which are characterized by their palmate shape with seven to nine lobes and bright red stems. 


There edible but should be prepared carefully as the leaves can release a toxin if not properly boiled
