Ají dulce peppers are growing big but are all green. Is that normal?

So I’ve been growing these ají dulce from Venezuela, so far they seem really healthy and growing quite a bit of peppers but I know these peppers are usually red, yellow and green but all of them are green so far. Is this normal? Will they turn red and yellow when they’re ready to be harvested?

Hi Alexandra! If you leave the peppers on long enough, when they mature- they turn colors. They look super nice and healthy!
