Divide or Keep Together?

I was just rearranging, and this guy popped right out of the soil. It appears I've been watering too much and need to stop that. While it's out, though, should I split off the babies, or would that be too much trauma for right now?
12ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage

I would split it now if you want 2 plants since you already have it out of the soil ☺️
If the pups have sufficient roots on them you could divide them from the mother plant. At least an inch or two long should be enough!
@S.ham13 @ballondusoleil Is there any harm leaving them together? I've never gotten succulents to this point before.
If they seem happy so far you could leave them. Eventually they'll compete for nutrients and space so you can either size up the pot or divide them depending on their condition. They do look cool in a group together!
@ForestDweller I don’t think so! As long as they have adequate room to grow around them!
