It’s probably a problem with either the watering or the lighting. He looks like he’s in a pretty dark spot, but that could just be the picture. How often are you watering?

@PlentifulGalega it maybe getting ready to push out another leave soon you can just pinch it off or wait until it drops off what kind of soil is it in inside that jar and does it have drainage holes
