When I do water, I water deeply. And then I donβt water for a while. Can it be fixed? #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #Monstera

That's not damage from a watering issue.
This looks like it may be a burn. Not completely sure on that. But it looks like it may spread because of those yellow edges.
You can keep it, cut it off, whatever you want. You just can't undamage it. It's best to make focus on keeping the plant healthy and happy instead of focusing on a damaged part that can't be fixed.

@FineFlamevine here is the diagnostic results from one of my plant apps. I think that leaf should be removed for the health of the rest of the plant.
I agree with @ExecAudreyficus that it looks like a burn. Reasons I think that is the size and placement of the spots, and that the tissue there looks sort of cracked and papery when I zoom in. Iβd hazard a guess that this was resting up against something like a grow lightβs bulb (like that clip on one near that leaf), but another way it can happen is if light gets concentrated on a leaf somehow (like some decorative glass thing hanging up in front of a window with strong afternoon light or water is left sitting on the leaf in strong light. So it looks like a burn, and you only need to worry if it spreads (that tells you itβs clearly something else). I would not cut that leaf for a burn, because most of the leaf has healthy photosynthesizing tissue and nutrient storage that your plant needs to sustain its current level of growth.
Re: watering, just make sure itβs drying out between waterings, and if you keep an eye on the plant youβll notice that it loses turgor and gets a little sad / develops a droop when it is thirsty. Monstera like a snug pot in general, and keeping it in a pot that is not too much bigger than the root ball is a great way to keep it focused on leaf growth and avoid overwatering it (because it has less soil for water to saturate and will thus soak it up quicker).
Attached is an example of one of my orchids that I left leaning up against a light for 30mins to a few hours while I was cleaning, you can see little burns along the cane (stem) and leaf edges and little random spots β they are all heat/light burns from the same incident. If I had chopped that cane off, it would have lost a yearβs worth of water and nutrient storage capability in that cane and it probably would not be developing flower spikes in 3 places like it is right now.
