After doing more research, it sounds like it's nematodes and out of the 4 or 5 types, only 1 is harmful and that one is not visible to the naked eye, so I'm hopeful these are the good kind bc I can clearly see them.
One possibility is fungus gnats larvae, do you have any little black flies around? If it's them then they don't seem to harm plants unless they reach high numbers. But obviously they are not the only ones to have small clear coloured larvae.. so you could maybe repot her, wash the soil off and replace with fresh soil . And put the soil with the worms/larvae in outside. πŸŒΏπŸ’•πŸ˜Š
I have not seen gnats around this little lady, but I have seen them around the bigger potted Lily's - good to know, thank you!
I will hate to repot her and shock the little thing all over again! But I may end up having to. We shall see!
