It is imperative that calathea's have a humid environment and Arizona does not always provide that.
I cannot see what your main concern is from the photo, but if it looks like your Calathea is drying out, that could be because of lack of humidity. ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ
It is a beautiful plant! It reminds me of a Pearls n Jade Pothos!
Never let this oil dry out and make sure the pot has a good drainage.
