It has spots not sure what to do
I received this plant from my mom. She knows nothing about plants and I know nothing about plants. She bought me a snake plant and I've managed to keep it alive. So I decided you know what let's buy some more, I mentioned it to my mom and she got super happy and bought me this one. I don't want it to die, I'm not sure if it's a fungal infection, bacteria or water issue or if it's normal. Can anyone help please 🙏🏽

Not that I'm aware of I just got her yesterday and watered them this morning since the soil felt dry. Should I spray her with water?
