Boohoo for my Baltic Blue 😥

My Baltic Blue has a couple of leaves that look like this... Seems to only be on newer growth, so I want to try and nip this in the bud (pun intended). If I had to guess, I'd say either not enough water or too much sun? Suggestions?

Have you fertilized it? Could be a burn from fertilizer

This happened to a few of my buds in my Cebu Blue Pothos after fertilizing.

Hmm only worm castings (which of course I just added today while watering 😬). I have 5 or 6 other new leaves that look great, so this may just be one or two of my stalks...

If you have other new leaves that look good, this could very well just be damaged from growing weird. I have had similar issues with one of my pothos in the past. Also happened to one of my rubber trees once 😅 sometimes with low humidity they have trouble pushing out leaves and they get stuck.
