These Kalanchoe struggling

I’ve sat them in water overnight hecause they had so many dead heads. I fertilised them a few weeks ago and then took them off the window ledge last week because it’s too hot they’ve had a week not on a ledge. I’ve dead headed them and the soil looks more wet but still looks like they’re dying? The smaller one I don’t know if th new flowers wont grow back now. I only repotted them a few weeks back into these bigger pots. The soil om the bigger seems loose? Any advice?
Flowers are temporary reproductive structures, and most commercial growers use techniques to force them to bloom before they're shipped off to stores. They won't constantly bloom, it requires a lot of energy for the plant, which needs time and resources to devote to foliage and roots. When a bloom starts withering, pinch it off. You can force your kalanchoe to bloom again by doing 12 hour cycles of bright light and complete darkness for several weeks. Or you can just enjoy it as a lovely green plant that may or may not bloom again 😛
