How do I know when to plant these in soil? And once plant...
4β pot with drainage

I let mine plant them self. I'm not sure how you are propagating yours but I just throw mine in a tropical plant until they grow even a little root and then move them onto what ever pot I'm planting them in and let them root themself. I also bottom water all my plants that dry out completely as sometimes the water in the center doesn't get soaked if you top water them. With succulents, you wait until the soil is completely dry all the way through to the bottom. I personally never go on schedules just because of where I live, the weather is never constant.
I would lay it in a shallow tray of dirt just on top of the dirt, and then water it from the top, but donβt allow the leaf itself to get wet. This can cause it to mold. Also keep it away from direct lighting if you have grow lights, use those. They will provide light with out burning it. Also keep the dirt moist, and mist it every other day or when it is dry. The important thing i have found is to not let the roots dry out.
