Does anyone have any tips for bottom leaves turning yello...

#Aglaonema #ChineseEvergreen
What? A week only and ALREADY twice? Man check the roots. That seems too frequent. The roots might have rotted.
@Araceae meant once. Soil was bone dry before I watered today. I’ll still check the roots though, thanks
Humidity is a thing for those guys if your to dry it will start to curl.

They are also sensitive to drafts. And temperatures below 70Β° coupled with low humidity will make them under productive or unhappy
@AceNativeviolet This plant needs frequent watering. As a tropical plant if they had to pick between humidity and light, they definitely would pick humidity. You mentioned your soil was bone dry so that’s exactly why you’re seeing this. Soil should still be slightly moist when watered. Mine stopped growing and would curl when I was in my living room by the sun. It’s been in my bathroom now with no sun for 5 months and is thriving. The occasional midst and humidity in the bathroom really do the trick. I get 6-7 new leaves every 3 weeks now even through winter.
Maybe a self watering pot could help if watering is an issue let only the top dry out before refilling the reservoir. I’m trying also to top water every quarter of the year to flush soil
Your plant is in is sitting in another pot without drainage. It would appear that the plant is sitting in water. It might be also be root rot from lack of drainage for an extended period of time.
