Im no expert but to me this looks like root/stem rot. Is the base of the stem or roots squishy&black? Do the leaves pop off way easier than they did before? The soil may also have a foul smell. If so, I’d say it’s rot, which is usually caused by the soil staying wet for too long or watering too frequently. It also looks like Beans is searching for more light.
I agree. Succulents need good sun light to keep them compressed and pull out all the amazing colors. Otherwise they will reach for the sun and loose color.
