I'm not even sure if it's a pink ruby..
I'm new and I'm not sure if there is any wrong with my plant. It feels like the colour is not bright like when I bought it. There is also black spots and small scratches..

Hi. Welcome to this great community. I don't know about the scratches (which imo could just be healed over damage, mechanical or e.g. edema from irregular watering). But if by color you mean that there is less red, that could be a light issue. The more light, the more vibrant the sun stress (the reddish color).
If you want more succulent people to find your post, it's best to add hashtags with a lot of "subscribers" to the topic that's relevant. You can the number of members underneath the hashtag suggestions that pop up. In your case, would suggest the great #succulentsquad (you will need to add it in to your original post, because Greg doesn't recognize hashtags that are only in the comments). Good luck
