It looks like water marks to me. Sometimes water evaporates and leaves behind minerals on the leaves.

How long have you had it? Have you used a little bit of soapy water to try to remove the water spots?

@sarahsalith yes I did spray it with a soapy water because it had little white tracks on it . I just read a post and it said something about flukes ?
