Weird new leaves on my #melanochrysum
Hey yall - my amazing #Philodendron #melanochrysum has been growing like crazy and popped out two leaves at once - but they look deformed. Nothing has changed for him, no pests, etc. What do you think?

Mine did this for a while. It turned out to be mechanical damage while it was unfurling. Roots were too dry and humidity was off. Once I set it in stratum, I’ve only had perfect foliage. Try adjusting humidity and misting the air around it while it’s developing foliage. You can see the foliage through the stalks so it’s not hard to decide when to mist in the mornings.
