Before and after… any suggestions to help my poor plant to grow better, I’ve been patient in letting it settle but as you can see the leaves are@turning yellow and the stem isn’t as green as it once was.

Maybe it’s water logged.  They don’t like soggy soil.  Allow it to dry out between watering.
