Your getting great advice from one of Greg’s best expert @sarahsalith .
▫️Using a pot with Drainage will prevent overwatering, root rot and the death of your cute succulent. There’s probably a way to drill holes in the bottom of that cute glass pot.
▫️Is it in regular potting soil? This plant will thrive in a gritty, well-draining succulent potting soil. Regular potting soil without amendments is too heavy for this succulent.

Hey, Carol! Glad to see another plant love from #Tennessee!

Your sedum will want to drain well so I'd make sure your cute glass cup has drainage. It'll also love lots of very bright, indirect light (:
@sarahsalith do u think it would be ok if I drilled a hole in the bottom of it
@Ada3 no idea what the soil is like I got her from an omiso store
@CrazyCarol @CrazyCarol Thanks for B.A. vote.
▫️To drill a hole in glass or ceramic pot you will need a diamond drill bit and a drill. It’s important to wet the surface before you start driling a hole first. This will reduce the heat.
▫️ I understand it takes longer to drill holes in glass than most material, because you can’t use same amount of pressure. Make sure you wear safety glasses. Small pieces of glass may fly upwards.
▫️I don’t have a diamond drill bit yet. So I can’t drill holes in glass. ☹️ But, I’ve drilled holes in terracotta and plastic pots. And I watched several demonstrations on YouTube. My favorite is: Drill Drainage Holes in Pots WITHOUT Breaking Them! (Foolproof Method) the Epic Gardening. He makes it looks so easy. I’m going to order a diamond bit very soon. Good luck
