Idk why my succulents leaves are wrinkling and are squish...

0ft to light, direct
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
Wrinkles = dehydration + too much bright light. Is it a new plant in your collection?
Yeah
I got it in june
If they’re wrinkling, but not turning yellow and falling off then it may be thirsty! Wrinkling can be a great sign for when you should water your succulent.

How are you watering it? Are you only giving it a tiny bit of water every few weeks or are you thoroughly/deeply watering it? It should have good draining soil and be deeply watered once every couple of weeks to ensure it’s fully hydrated, but not overwatered.
If they are wrinkly and squishy (but not turning translucent) they need more water. Once the soil is dry, really give it a good soak and then wait until the soil dries out again before watering more
I’m with @vvvelo He’s the succulent pro here .
@RandomPlant Oh, don't worry. Just give the plant a good soak in water and then forget about it until you see new wrinkles. Just make sure your pot has drainage holes so the water can drain out. This method always works for me!
@itsjordan I do water it thoroughly and I water it around every two weeks
@RandomPlant I gotcha, well if it’s been a while since you watered it then it’s probably just because it’s time for some water again πŸ’¦

Other than that, your succulent looks very beautiful and healthy!!
@vvvelo it might also be too much sun because where I put it, it gets alot of sun
Thanks everybody!
