Does my Yucca need watering? Any suggestions appreciated.

I think a little drink is necessary. Just make sure all the water gets drained out
Thank you, how much water do you think, about 2 inches?
just absolutely drown it for a good 15 seconds. it’s okay to give a plant lots of water, as long as you’re not giving it lots of water too often. look up how often you’re supposed to water yuccas, and keep track of when it’s time to water, and when watering day for your yucca comes, soak it hard, and then wait until it’s time to again. another, more safe way to know when to water is to stick a wooden chopstick into the soil, if theres even the slightest clumps of dirt on the chopstick, then no watering, if it comes out clean, with absolutely nothing on it, soak it hard. i would recommend doing the chopstick method, because if you google how often to water it, and let’s just say it says every 5 days, but 5 days goes by, and chunks of dirt are still coming out on the chopstick, then google is wrong. so when you think it’s time to water, stick a chopstick in there, and if nothing comes out, drown. that. h*e.πŸ˜‚
I also have a blue stem yucca & along w/Greg, i use a metal chopstick, (like a dipstick for oil check) & once it comes out clean, like checking cake doneness, i water (mine takes about 2-1/2C but it depends on the size of ur Yucca
@pricklydude GMTA!! I used to go thru Pataskala on my way to Columbus (Westerville) from Pgh. all the time. Lived in both places while working in OH (i dont recommend it!! Lol)
