Aglaonemas don't like direct sun, it can burn the leaves. Move it slightly further back from the window.

@FabTricolor89 I have a several different Agloenemas and 3 are Siam Pink rather than red. I have one is a southwest window, 4 ft to light. I have two under grow lights facing west about 8 ft from the window. Key thing is keeping the soil evenly moist with indirect light. These are low light plants so they can survive with less light.
