From your tag it says your plant is in regular soil. The soil may not have enough drainage. I would add amendments to it and not water it until it is dry.

Orchid bark, pumice, additional perlite. Or if you don’t want to mix your own, I purchase Sol soil chunky houseplant mix to use.
