What are these dots?
I just found these little dots or lumps growing on my orchid’s new stem. They look like water droplets but felt a bit sticky when I went to touch. What are these, and do I need to get rid of them??

@jaysjungle thank you so much!! I had previous problems with an invasive bug that produced sap, but it looked very different. Just wanted to be sure this was safe:)
